Training Year Starts at POG

For many young people, the end of the summer holidays marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in life. At POG, we also have every reason to celebrate: with the start of the new training year, we are delighted to welcome seven apprentice precision opticians, one microtechnologist and one working student to our team.

Since the foundation of our company, training and supporting young talent has been an important part of our corporate culture. This makes us even more pleased to welcome nine new young talents this year and accompany them on their professional journey.

For our new apprentices, this exciting journey began with an official welcome event and a get-together day alongside apprentices from the other training years. The focus was on getting to know one another, exchanging experiences, and, of course, building strong team spirit.

Over the coming years, our young talents can look forward to many new experiences, exciting tasks, and certainly a few challenges along the way. We are committed to supporting them throughout this journey and helping them develop their skills, knowledge, and potential.

We wish our new apprentices and our working student a successful start, many exciting experiences, and, above all, a great time at POG.
