Welcome to Team Präzision!
As we step into 2025, we’re excited to welcome six new colleagues to our Team.
Since January 2nd, our newest team members have been supporting us in the areas of Research & Development, Finance & Controlling, Work Preparation and Production.
Looking back on 2024, we were also really successful in gaining new talents. We have grown steadily, and we’re really happy to welcome each of them to our team:

- 23 new employees have continued their professional journey to POG.
- 4 young professionals have successfully completed their training and are now firmly integrated into our team.
- 9 new trainees started their career with us in Löbichau in the summer.
We’re delighted to see our team grow and wish all our new colleagues a great start in their new roles at Team Präzision!
