We have been an exclusive partner of the young talent program “Master+” for many years.
And this year, we were once again able to welcome numerous Master’s students from various STEM fields to Löbichau.
The Master+ afternoon at POG traditionally began with a company presentation by Executive Director Jan Schubach. Former Master+ graduates who are continuing their careers at POG after completing their studies then took the floor and began with a tour of our production areas.
There was an exciting exchange about our technologies, production possibilities and, above all, many questions about everyday working life at POG.
The young talent program “Master+”
The OptoNet e.V. young talent program is designed to prepare students for the start of their careers.
The program consists of various seminars on soft skills, applicant training, etc. and is supplemented by numerous company visits.
The aim is to make it easier for young people to start their careers, to give them an overview of potential fields of work and to offer them insights into exciting companies in the photonics industry.
